How Do PostScript Gifts Work?
The process is simple and easy to use. Please note, however, that our PostScript Gifts service does not provide for recurring gifts (e.g., annual anniversary flowers or chocolates). For recurring gift options, please consult our PostScript Concierge.
Step 1:
Choose a gift from our extensive list of options. Each gift selection will include a two-sided enclosure card you create (up to 500 characters each side).
Step 2:
Choose your recipient.
Step 3:
Choose your delivery date. You have two options: (i) ASAP following our receipt of notification of your death; or (ii) the next occurrence of your specified calendar date following our receipt of notification of your death (e.g., a birthday or anniversary date).
Step 4:
Complete your purchase. Along with the gift cost, there is a $29.00 Forever Promise Guarantee fee to ensure that your gift will be fulfilled.
After your order is completed, we’ll take care of the rest. You don’t have to worry about anything; we’ll make sure that when the time comes, your gift is delivered to your loved one as you planned.
